When it comes to dressing up for Halloween, the only thing cuter than a baby dressed up in a costume is a dog dressed up in a costume. Since dogs are some of the heroes in our lives, why not show it and dress them up as a superhero? While they can’t hang upside down like a bat, there is no reason our lovely dogs can’t dress up as Batman. Check out our selection of cute Batman dog costume below.
Lightweight and adjustable, like every superhero’s costume should be. The cape is attached so it won’t get in the way. I wonder if Batman ever had cape issues.
For added nostalgia, this costume is in classic Batman colors and has a flared cape, suggesting this hero does a lot of running. Which he does. Also a lot of driving, but your pooch doesn’t have a driver’s license.
Another classic Batman costume, but the ears look like horns for some reason. Short, simple and comfy looking, as I am sure the classic Batman costume had been.
Back in classic blue and the ears actually look somewhat like ears instead of horns. This costume frees up the belly area. Can you just imagine Batman demanding belly rubs from Alfred? Or Commissioner Gordon?
What’s the Batman franchise without The Dark Knight? While it is moodier and more serious, it is still Batman and fun can still be had. Batman is well protected in his new suit, and it looks like he can even reach his utility belt.
Even though there is Batgirl, there is no reason girls can’t dress up as Batman! Why not wear a dress and a Batman cape? It might look a little odd, kind of like someone in a Renaissance costume wearing a Batman cape, but I am sure the other dogs won’t mind.
You know those costumes where it makes it look from the front that the dog is actually walking and running on two legs? No need to slide down a flagpole to accomplish that, just have them wear this! Of course, it makes it so it looks like the dog has extra arms on the side, but Batman shouldn’t have too many problems on Halloween that would require him to use his trusty utility belt.
Simple is good too. If you don’t want the whole costume and want to go with the basics, why not go for a Batman cape in the classic colors? A lot brighter than the blue or gray, but that just means you will be able to see your little hero better when you are out and about.
While it might not be a Batman costume per se, but it has Batman on it. Perfect for those dogs who don’t really do well in a full costume, but like to wear dog sweaters.
